You’ve probably heard us talk about the “8 Key Concepts” in class. If you train at one of our full-time centres, you’ll also have seen them displayed on the wall. But what do they really mean? And more importantly… how do they apply to you, your training and your life outside the Do Jang?

You hear us mentioning regularly in class about our Instructor Training courses, and you may have even been lucky enough to have had a warm up from one of your fellow classmates who is already on the one of the programmes. But what are they, what happens, and is it for me?
