Tiger Programme
Ages 4 – 6 years old
Our Tiger martial arts programme for children aged 4 to 6 is specially designed to support early childhood development in a fun, structured, and nurturing environment. These early years classes help young children build confidence, improve listening skills, and develop coordination — all while enjoying active, engaging lessons.
Tiger classes focus on motor skills, balance, and attention, using short, varied activities that match how young children learn best. Clear routines, positive reinforcement, and simple goals help children feel safe, successful, and proud of their progress from their very first class.
Parents often notice improvements beyond the classes, including better focus, increased confidence, improved behaviour, and a greater willingness to follow instructions at home and at nursery or school. Classes also gently introduce important life skills such as respect, teamwork, and self-control.
If you’re looking for martial arts for young children, toddler martial arts, or kids martial arts ages 4–6, our Tiger programme offers the perfect introduction — with no pressure, no shouting, and lots of encouragement.

Leadership Programme
Our Leadership Programme has been designed to introduce the beginner to the fascinating world of Martial Arts and prepare them for their Black Belt training. While it is never too late to learn, the sooner you begin the learning process the better.
You will become Fitter, Stronger & Healthier whilst having Fun and making new Friends! We promote non-violent resolutions to conflict, helping children understand conflict through role-play.

Instructor Training
Our Instructor Training Programme helps older students and teens develop confidence, leadership, and real-world skills while continuing their martial arts journey. This programme is ideal for students who show commitment, maturity, and a positive attitude in class.
Students learn how to assist Instructors, support younger students, and communicate clearly and respectfully. Alongside martial arts knowledge, they develop valuable life skills such as responsibility, time management, teamwork, and professionalism — skills that benefit them at school, work, and beyond.
The programme works through a structured, mentored pathway. Instructor trainees gradually take on age-appropriate responsibilities under close supervision, with clear expectations and ongoing guidance from senior instructors. Progress is earned through consistency, attitude, and effort, not just technical ability.
Parents often notice increased confidence, maturity, and independence, as well as improved communication and self-discipline. For families looking for martial arts Instructor training for teenagers or a leadership-focused progression route, this programme offers a safe, supportive, and highly rewarding next step.

Birthday Parties
Our children’s martial arts birthday parties offer a fun, high-energy alternative to traditional soft play or party venues. Designed for primary school–age children, these parties are perfect for parents looking for something different, active, and memorable.
Parties are available at our Prestwich and Oldham martial arts centres and last two action-packed hours. Children enjoy martial arts games, a fun introduction to martial arts, and plenty of laughter — all led by experienced Instructors who keep everyone safe, engaged, and included.
The birthday child becomes “Black Belt for the Day”, helping the Instructor, leading games, and taking centre stage while friends cheer them on. No previous martial arts experience is needed, making the party suitable for complete beginners and mixed ability groups.
Parents love how stress-free and different our parties feel — and how tired and happy the children are at the end. You’re welcome to bring your own cake, food, and drinks, and parties can host up to 25 children.
