Recently, we asked you to fill out a survey with questions about how we're doing and ways we could get better. Thank you to those that did so. Here are the results!

Survey Results - Tigers
Most folks who answered said they come once a week
Everyone mentioned their kid enjoyed the classes (either always or most of the time)
100% thought the Instructor was ‘excellent - really engaging’
86% found it easy for their kid to follow the Instructor, while the rest said it was ‘mostly fine - a few challenges’
75% noticed a big improvement in ‘learning & progressing’, 14% saw some progress, and 11% were unsure
96% thought it was a ‘positive & supportive learning environment’.
Suggestions?
The instruction/demonstration can be a bit fast
Spread the Star of the Class award around more?
Move the top corner at Prestwich out further to make it easier to see on camera.
Give parents more feedback on progress.
Survey Results - Leadership
48% of respondents are Beginners, 41% Intermediate and 11% Black Belt
73% attend once a week, 21% twice a week and 7% more often
No one thought the classes were slow or boring
95% found the classes fun
96% feel they’re improving each week, with 2 people unsure
98% can follow the Instructor’s directions easily
Suggestions?
More correction of students who aren't doing things right?
Provide individual feedback on technique in class
So what are we doing about it?
We can't move the camera at Prestwich, but we will move base station 1 to make the students more visible in the Tiger Classes
We will try to make the demonstrations more comprehensive but need to be aware of the wide range of ages/abilities in Tiger classes
We will try to give more feedback to Tiger parents, but if you are looking for info on how your child is doing, just ask the Instructor 👍
We will try to provide more feedback on technique to the class and also to individuals where possible - again, if you want some personal input, just ask your Instructor
We hope to make the survey a more regular thing, so keep an eye out for more chances to have your say. That said, if something's bugging you, or you have a question, speak to one of the Instructor Team - we can often solve things or give feedback there and then!
Thanks again for your time!
